Own Spring Boot services for contract maintenance/reconciliation with @Async/@Transactional for concurrency & data integrity. Secure REST/Kafka via API Gateway/Manager (throttling, rate limiting). Deploy via Google App Engine, Docker, Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD.

Performance — Dual-Track Wins

Contract: 36% reduction via parallelization/batching/tx tuning + URI migration *.bnymellon.* → *.bny.* zero downtime. Regulatory: 18.8 MB page 7 min → 1 min (IIS compression via RDP) → ~5 sec (99%) via app-wide server-side pagination.

Reliability & DR

Engineered DR for 25+ apps multi-cluster (automated failover + runbooks). Validated Kafka backup failover (8 topics, 2 clusters, earliest/latest, lag) pre-prod. Migrated Windows 2016→2022 (QA 3→2, PROD 3→3) via Ansible, F5/Cumulus, Grafana/Splunk/Orion/PVT — zero downtime.

Security & Incident Response

Remediated 4,000+ findings in 3 years (Regulatory: 28 — 5 Critical, 8 High) hardening login/auth (SonarQube, VMAD). Implemented RBAC (Approver/View/Add). Fixed P1 MIME outage (Edge/Chrome strict text/html wrapping) with SiteMinder. NextGen 300+ scenarios / 95% → fully automated MCP/Jira regression.
